Christina Cooke is a journalist and associate editor of Civil Eats. She is one of the authors of a five-part series from Civil Eats called “Injured and Invisible” investigating the dangers facing animal agriculture workers. The series won a James Beard Media Award for excellence in investigative reporting in June 2023.
