Chris Stark is a Community and Development agent through the UW-Extension, and is based in Vilas County. He’s also the author of a new UW Extension study that highlights which Wisconsin counties have some of the worst and best broadband service levels. It found that residents in areas with greater access tend to be healthier, more prosperous, and do better in school than those without.
