Casey Elsass is the founder and maker of Bees Knees Spicy Honey, Trees Knees Spicy Syrup and Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha. He is the author behind Short Stack Editions Volume 19 Maple Syrup. His culinary journey started at the age of six, when he climbed up on the kitchen counter to pour a little of everything from the spice cabinet into a Scooby-Doo cup of warm water, and he’s been playing with his food ever since.
