Carolyn Barnhart EdD, CFCS is an emeritus professor from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She is Advisor for Phi Upsilon Omicron at UW-Stout. She is past National President of both Phi Upsilon Omicron (2006-2006) and the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (2016-17).
