Chef Brian Yazzie, who goes by Yazzie the Chef, is the executive chef at Gatherings Cafe, located in the Minneapolis American Indian Center. He and his wife founded Intertribal Foodways, whose mission is to improve the wellness and health of tribal communities through Indigenous foods. He is a member of the Navajo Nation.
