Bob Wills, owner of Cedar Grove Cheese and a Master Cheesemaker. He is a former teacher and researcher in the Department of Agriculture and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Wills is one of only fifty master cheesemakers in the state of Wisconsin.
