Bill James is a senior researcher and director of UW-Stout’s Center for Limnological Research and Rehabilitation – also known as CLEAR. He is a retired senior lecturer at UW-Stout. For more than 30 years he was a research aquatic biologist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Research and Development Center.
