Ben Adams retired from McCarty Law LLP in Appleton in 2021 after practicing with McCarty and with Adams & Woodrow, S.C. in Neenah, for 35 years. His legal practice emphasized advance care planning for health care decision-making elder law and special needs planning, guardianships and alternatives to guardianship, nursing home and long-term care issues, and estate planning in his practice. Ben is a founding volunteer member of the Fox Valley Advance Care Planning Partnership, and serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and is an Emeritus Director of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
