Becky Gutzman is a retired extension educator for UW-Extension in Columbia and Dodge counties. She has served as a judge at Wisconsin county fairs for 52 years. She served for many years as a judge at the Wisconsin State Fair and even judged the National Pie Baking Championships a few times.
