Barbara Kelley

Barbara Kelley is Executive Director of the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), the leading organization representing the growing number of Americans with Hearing Loss. She has been part of the organization for decades as it has influenced public policy and legislation such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Over-the-Counter Hearing Aid Act of 2017. Under Barbara Kelley’s direction, HLAA continues to lead advocacy efforts for accessible and affordable hearing health care, provide life-changing education and support for millions with hearing loss, and encourage all Americans to prioritize hearing health.

Barbara is an active voice various boards and coalitions, including the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, Advisory Council of the National Institutes of Health, and many others. Through her work with HLAA, and many other prominent organizations, she is changing the landscape of hearing health care across the nation.
