Barb Palmer was born and raised in Mountain, Wisconsin. She is passionate about Green Lake Park and supported the multi-year effort to reopen the park. Her husband was also born and raised in Mountain, and after a career in southeast Wisconsin, they both chose to come back to retire in Mountain.
