Anthony Pennington-Cross is a professor of finance at Marquette University. He is the Robert B. Bell, Sr. Chair in Real Estate. Anthony’s recent research focuses on subprime lending in the housing market, house price dynamics, commercial property fundamentals, and other urban and real estate issues. Before coming to Marquette, Anthony was a Senior Economist in the Research Division at The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
