Anne Moser is senior special librarian with the Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute based at UW-Madison where she manages the Wisconsin Water Library. She came to the job after 20 years as an environmental librarian. She earned a master’s degree in Library and Information Studies from UW-Madison.
