Anna Powell is a senior research and policy associate at the Center for the Study of Child Care Employment at University California Berkeley. She recently published a series of studies on Family, Friend and Neighbor caregivers. Anna began her career as an early childhood teacher and nonprofit program manager in Washington, DC.
