Andra Ghent is a professor of Finance at the University of Utah where she holds the Ivory-Boyer Chair in Real Estate. She is the Academic Director of the Ivory-Boyer Real Estate Center. She was previously Lorin and Marjorie Tiefenthal Professor in Real Estate, Department of Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
