Adam Jentleson is a former deputy chief of staff to Sen. Harry Reid, the former Democratic leader. Jentleson is the author of “Kill Switch: The Rise of the Modern Senate and the Crippling of American Democracy,” which was published in 2021 by Liveright Publishing.
