Green Bay Will Play Seattle Seahawks Next Sunday

The Green Bay Packers will advance to the NFC championship game after defeating the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday after at Lambeau Field, 26-21.

The Cowboys almost staged a come-from-behind victory, with quarterback Tony Romo leading a drive into Packers territory with minutes to go. However, a fourth-down pass completion to wide receiver Dez Bryant was challenged and overturned, giving the Packers possession of the ball. With a few significant conversions of their own, the home team was able to close out the win.

The last time the Packers played the Seahawks was in early September for their season opener. In that matchup, the Seahawks trounced the Packers 36-16. The stakes will be unquestionably higher in next week’s championship, however: The winner of that game will head to Glendale, Arizona to play in the Super Bowl.
