WPS Blames More Security for Rate Increase

Electricity and natural gas bills may be going up for customers of Wisconsin Public Service Corporation.Green Bay-based W-P-S is asking the state to approve a rate increase.The company says September’s terrorist attacks are partly to blame.Patty Murray has more.
