Prisoners on work release are part of the contruction crew for a huge Wal-Mart warehouse being in built in Beaver Dam.Some people living near the new building are worried the inmates pose a safety risk.They also wonder why Wal-Mart chose to hire inmates instead of local residents.Gil Halsted reports…
