Wisconsin lawmakers look for ways to limit prison population growth

A new study of the Wisconsin prison system predicts theinmatepopulation will grow to 28 thousand over the next decade.State legislators plan to usethe study to find ways to prevent the increase,and hopefully save the 2 and half billion dollars it would take to build new prisons.
