Wisconsin and other states sue Ameriquest for misleading customers

Nearly 7,000 Wisconsin consumers can apply for $3.2 million dollars’ restitution from Ameriquest Mortgage Company.It’s part of a national, $325-million-dollar settlement from a lawsuit filed against Ameriquest and its affiliates, which allegedly engaged in predatory lending practices.Brian Bull reports…
