As wind-generated electricity grows in popularity–there’s a dispute as to whether landowners are getting their fair share of the cut financially.This week a Fond du Lac County town gave the green light to a utility that wants to put up 44 windmills.Another town might follow suit.Proponents of the wind farms say they’ll help rural economies.But at least one critic says property owners deserve better compensation.Patty Murray reports…
