Eighty-three percent of Wisconsin’s public libraries do not use special software to block pornography. There is afederal law requiring internet filters; but it’s been blocked by court battles. Shamane Mills reports how a final decision on the matter is expected next year when the U-S Supreme Court rules on the Children’s Internet Protection Act.
