Walker’s plan calls for tort reform

Governor Scott Walker is proposing sweeping changes to Wisconsin’s tort laws that decide when people can sue businesses and how much they can recover. While Walker says the move would create jobs, trial lawyers say it would be hard on people who get injured through no fault of their own. Shawn Johnson reports.
