Walker urges federal government to consider using rail funds to improve roads and bridges

Governor-elect Scott Walker sent a letter to the Obama administration yesterday encouraging them to halt all investments in new passenger rail lines across the country. As Shawn Johnson reports, it came as officials in Illinois signaled an interest in taking the $810 million in federal rail money that Wisconsin is poised to reject.
