President elect Barak Obama’s choice for Secretary of Veterans Affairs had an easy ride through his Senate confirmation yesterday . But some Wisconsin veterans wonder whether he’ll be able to leverage the funds necessary to care for the rising number of veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder of PTSD.
