Vacated UW Dorm Perfect Training Ground for Firefighters, Cops

Later this month, police on the UW Madison campus will practice responding to emergencies using training guns and non-lethal ammunition. They’ll be using skills and tactics they say have become necessary in light of the Virginia Tech shootings.In the meantime, Madison firefighters are doing their own drills on campus.
