UW professor talks about community colleges’ needs and the Presidents proposal

When President Obama last week called for a ten-year, $12 billion investment in America’s community colleges, he was doing so on the advice of two University of Wisconsin professors.They makde the case for a greater investment in the nation’s two-year colleges in a report issued last May.
