UW Pay Plan Proposal Riles Some Staff

Wisconsin Public Radio has learned there’s a new proposal to fund pay increases for University of Wisconsin faculty and staff. It involves doubling the soon-to-be increased employee health-care premiums to pay for the raises. Frederica Freyberg reports.
