UW Board Confirms Reilly

The University of Wisconsin System officially has a new boss. The UW Board of Regents approved Kevin Reilly as the next president of the UW system. Reilly says he wants to open university doors wider to low income students… and change an atmosphere where some minorities feel shut out. Shamane Mills reports…
