The University of Wisconsin-Madison may strengthen its anti-sweatshop rules for factories that make UW-logo clothing.The Madison campus is considering joining 55 other univerisites in requiring the factories to use union labor, to guarantee workers better working conditions and a living wage.Gil Halsted reports…
