U-W Tries Organic Night for Dorms

There’s an effort underway to get more locally grown, organic food onto the menu’s at University of Wisconsin student dining halls. As Gil Halsted reports, a two-year long effort to connect local farmers with the University Food Service department in Madison is paying off.
