With only two weeks to go before the September primary, voters in northeastern Wisconsin must choose a new U.S. Representative. Five candidates are vying for the seat, which is being vacated by Mark Green, who is running for governor. Yesterday we profiled three Democrats in the running. Today, we look at the Republicans: Both John Gard and Terri McCormick want to take their legislative experience to Washington. Patty Murray reports…
