Two Legislators Hope for 16th State Senate District Seat

A number of legislative seats have opened up because of unexpected retirements. Some of those departures stem from the capitol caucus scandal, where campaign fund raising and other allegedly illegal activities were done by caucus staffers and lawmakers.
