A national group is touring Wisconsin this week teaching seminars on how to trap cats.The Alley Cat Allies say the best way to reduce the number of feral cats is to catch them, fix them…then put them back in the wild.The fur flew this spring on the issue…with some wanting to allow the shooting of wild cats.Patty Murray reports…
