Tobacco Money Decision Angers Nurses

State lawmakers have voted to use Wisconsin’s entire tobacco settlement to help close the state budget deficit.This has angered a number of health advocates.One group of nurses plans to make that decision an issue in the November election.Melba Lara reports.
