Time for Campaign Finance Reform

Now is the time to strike with campaign finance reform.That’s according to backers of a newly crafted measure who say real reform needs to come quickly on the heels of a hugely expensive race for governor. And they say criminal charges involving legislative campaign money only highlight the need. Frederica Freyberg reports.
