Public employee unions across the country are still trying to decide whether a U.S. Supreme Court ruling this week could make it more difficult for them to collect union dues and use them for political purposes. But a Wisconsin labor expert says the unanimous ruling does make it easier for states to pass laws limiting the political clout of unions. Gil Halsted reports…
