Those who oppose government censorship of the internet scored a victory last Tuesday as the Supreme Court struck down the Child Online Protection Act. Others, though, contend the ruling leaves children vulnerable to indecent images that will not only muddy their minds, but could also predispose them to crime. Catherine Brand reports…
