Study: Minnesota’s smoking ban hasn’t hurt jobs; WI has mixed early results

A new study says Minnesota generally has not lost jobs because of its 3-year-old smoking ban, and there hasn’t been significant harm to business. Wisconsin’s ban is only six months old so far, results are mixed. Shamane Mills reports.
