While the economy has slipped past the War on Terror as Americans’ top concern in choosing a Presidential candidate, many college-age voters – including those at the University of Wisconsin-Madison – still see it as a deciding factor.Election officials are expecting an above-average turnout of young voters, which could influence the outcome of tomorrow’s primary eleciton.
