State’s DOT starts new seatbelt campaign

Wisconsin’s traffic deaths are at their lowest level in 65 years.But the Department of Transportation says they could have been even lower, if more people wore their seatbelts.Now the Department is kicking off a new ad-campaign to encourage more people to buckle up.Patty Murray reports…
