Wisconsin’s Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund has dipped below 900-million dollars.By law that means the state’s employers will have to chip in more to the fund next year.Exactly how much they’ll have to pay is up in the air.But both the state and employers hope the increase will be temporary.Patty Murray reports…
