State to Shut Northern WI Center


Closing one of three state-operated centers for the developmentally disabled will save $2 million over the next two years.The savings are included in Governor Doyle’s proposed budget.Mary Jo Wagner has more on what it means for residents at the Northern Wisconsin Center in Chippewa Falls.
