Wisconsin is one of 28 states that doesn’t have special restrictions on elderly drivers. A bill that would change that has passed an Assembly committee. The vote was overwhelmingly in favor of more frequent vision tests for the state’s oldest drivers. But the bill could face a tougher challenge down the road. Shamane Mills reports…
