Ruling Goes Against Nader

Ralph Nader will have to win another court battle before he concentrates on winning votes in Wisconsin. A Dane County judge ruled Tuesday that Nader should NOT be on the ballot because of a mistake in his nomination papers.Attorneys representing the elections board and Nader supporters are appealing that decision.
