A full house is expected when the Green Bay city council meets tonight to decide on a controversial road project.One of the city’s main thoroughfares will be re-constructed next year.The plan calls for six roundabouts, those are circular intersections common in Europe.Businesses are concerned the twists and turns will keep their customers away.Patty Murray reports…
