Reversal on ‘No Call’ Changes

Lawmakers phones rang off the hook after the state’s budget writing committee tried to change the popular law prohibiting telemarketer calls.
And so after an ear-ful from voters the Joint Finance committee today scrapped its earlier proposal to expempt small businesses from the no-call law. Frederica Freyberg reports.
