Surcharges at water parks and restaurants in heavy tourism areas could be in Wisconsin’s future.So could retail stores along the interstate.Lawmakers are looking at those proposals as they continue examining spending at every state agency.They are looking for ways to curb an expected two-billion-dollar budget deficit.Frederica Freyberg has more.
