A Michigan Researcher says he has proof cougars are living in the Upper Peninsula, and possibly in Northeastern Wisconsin.The wildlife community is divided on whether or not cougars really did go extinct a hundred years ago.And a Wisconsin DNR ecologist says he has yet to see definitive proof of a native population of the big cats.Patty Murray reports…
